These terms apply to apps published by Earthling Studio ("we", "us", "our apps"). By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to these terms.
Use of our apps
Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse them — including attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of an app or its backing services.
Third-party content and trademarks
Some of our apps are unofficial fan-made reference tools. Any third-party game names, artwork, trademarks, and data they reference remain the property of their respective owners. These apps are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those owners.
Purchases
Where an app offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, they are billed and fulfilled through Apple's App Store or Google Play and subject to that store's own terms and refund policies.
No warranty
Our apps are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep content accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that everything in an app is complete or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earthling Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
